RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Service at sales@sugarberries.com within 15 days from the date of your order and let us know which item you would like to return for a Refund. Customer Service will provide you with a shipping address for the Return. Please send the item back in its original packaging. Once we receive the package and confirm it is in its original condition, you will be issued a refund. Refund amount is for item purchase price only. Shipping costs and taxes will not be refunded.
Arrived Damaged or Faulty - In the unlikely event that your goods arrived damaged or are faulty, please inform us by email at sales@sugarberries.com within 15 days from the date of your order. Customer Service will provide you with a shipping address for the Return. Please send the item back in its original packaging and we will replace the jewelry at no charge.
